Asian Braised Shortribs

Sauce
2 cups reserved cooking liquid from beef
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup oyster sauce
2 cm piece of fresh ginger, grated
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 chilli, finely chopped

Seasoned T BONE Steak

In a small bowl, combine the seasonings. Rub over both sides of steaks.
Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired    doneness
Yield: 2 servings.
